Matt has led the Dining and Events business at Elior since 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in the food service, hospitality, restaurant, and attractions industries. During his tenure, he has led the efforts to improve operating performance, with a focus on improving service, culinary excellence, and overall hospitality experience. Matt takes pride in growing talent within the organization and is passionate about building and supporting the Dining and Events team. Prior to joining Elior, Matt was the President of Patina Restaurant Group and President of Travel and Hospitality, where he was responsible for overall operations, new location openings, group and event sales and training programs across the U.S.
