Devon Hilton

Chief Strategy & Growth Officer

Devon joined Elior North America as Vice President of Growth in January 2016. She progressed through various roles within the organization and was named Senior Vice President of Strategy in 2021. Devon is responsible for corporate and strategic development, including acquisitions, investments, partnerships, new business initiatives, and strategic planning. She also provides consultative support to Elior North America’s leaders on high priority projects and initiatives.

Prior to joining Elior North America, Devon served as Vice President of Health Systems for Aramark Healthcare, where she spent 12 years focused on growth. Prior to Aramark, she spent 4 years at Johnson Controls.

Devon holds a MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. She resides in Northeast Florida with her husband and three children.
